Shipping Info- T’s and C’s

Please note :

  • All large layered art must have the correct shipping “LARGE LAYERED ART” selected at checkout. This is applicable for one large layered art work only

  • Extra shipping surcharges may apply for multiple items, please contact beforehand via email if you would like more information - inharmonydesigns@icloud.com

  • All items will be shipped between 3-5 business days. Please allow make time specified if items are not currently in stock. We do our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible.

  • There are no exchanges or refunds for change of mind - all sales are final

  • If any damage occurs in transit it is up to the purchaser to chase up with the shipping company. IHD will do their best to help in any way but hold no responsibility. Any costs or fees incurred will be at purchasers expense. We will provide tracking number upon shipping.

  • All items are packed securely, Each art work has a custom frame/box/packaging made to ensure safest transit.

  • If you would like to insure items for shipping please let us know through email, extra charges may apply at purchasers expense.

  • There is insurance on all packages up to $100, we recommend purchasing extra insurance for larger items.

  • Standard shipping is for maximum 2 items - extra fees may apply for subsequent large items.

  • If for any reason an item needs to be returned and is accepted by IHD shipping and costs will be at purchasers expense.

  • By placing an online order you are accepting to these terms and conditions.

General T’s and C’s -

  • The nature of working with wood and natural materials means that no two pieces are ever the same. There may be slight variations in wood, grain, size and tone. We try our best to accurately photograph and represent each piece and deliver the highest quality.

  • All gift vouchers last for 18months from purchase. They can be redeemed for online purchases you just need to contact us via email first.

  • There are strictly no exchanges or refunds

  • All materials and crystals are sourced to the highest quality and lowest impact to the earth.
